The Hydrating Elixir is designed to be applied all over. You can apply it to your body or face to promote hydration and leave a radiant glow.
Patch test prior to use and if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Store in a cool, dry place.

It was very thin & runny.. and I thought it would take some time to dry..but I was pleasantly surprised..A little goes a long way & it dries pretty quick.
